I purchased Beats flex wireless headphones
on 29 Mar 2022. I received a parcel with an
empty box. I couldn't find any earphones
inside and the earphone box also appears
to be damaged.
I already raised a concern with customer
support and sent email to this id
cshead.[protected]@ril.com.Following
them for past 10. I'm not getting any
response from the team. This is such poor
form of customer service
Here, I attached images of the parcel I received.
Pls, take the necessary action and provide
me with a new product or refund by money
back as soon as possible.
