Reliance Digital — prolonged period of suffering from within warranty period & continuing covering of extended warranty period.

I purchased one Whirlpool Refrigerator worth Rs. 34079 on[protected] from Reliance digital, Barrackpore, but it causes suffering for no/less cooling since mid of August'18. No. Of complain lodged and ResQ team attended but in vain. Last complain lodged about fortnight before, (ref.complain no. [protected]) against of it 'customersupport' committed exchange. But Surprisingly they moved from their commitment and my suffering extended. Pl. help me to get rid of this irritating situation retain your company goodwill
