[Resolved] Reliance Digital — purchase of tv didn't go well | |||
To whom so ever it may concern, Yesterday we happened to purchase a tv of the brand reconnect (Reliance in-house brand) i. E. 49” at around 5pm i did a partial payment and rest was concluded by finance, however between 7:30-8:00pm i got a call stating that stock is over and the brand cannot provide me with the same unless i opt to take the display piece with a discounted amount. This was really a heart breaking moment for my family as we all were very excited for our purchase, as a brand like reliance we were never expecting such a situation to occur. After giving a thought i asked to individual to give me an extended warranty, he stated that he would give me only one year more irrespective to the fact that m not aware when the display tv was input in the center. I would request you to please look into this at the earnest or else i would not mind convincing myself never to opt reliance for anything in my future endeavours.
