Reliance Digital — Received damaged product - return pick up is not done

As my iPhone is dead Placed an order-RDF[protected]on 05/07/22) for new iPhone in Reliance digital website hoping a good product with faster delivery as promised. But delivery was delayed than expected date and to increase the frustration they sent a damaged phone. Immediately reached customer support and informed about issue. They asked for images showing damage i sent them for their reference. After verification at their end, strangely they offered me 2K voucher stating damages are minor. What a customer support! I was surprised hearing such offer it shows what ethics they follow and how they respect customers. I denied and insisted to raise a return, it again took days to create a return. Once return is created again followed up for pick up and it's been 10 days now waiting for just return pick up. It has become a daily routine for me to call customer support and repeat them the full story and at the end i receive a common response " Please wait our back-end team will verify and pick up will be done soon". Really don't know what their fun is, please help to speed up return and refund process. So that i can buy new phone to serve the purpose, hope you can understand how it will be without a phone dealing day to day activities.
