Reliance Digital — reconnect 1 ton window ac repair

13 april 202 : as i started my reconnect 1 ton ac this summer, it was not working and i lodged a complain regarding the same with reliance.

I understood current lock down situation and because of that only i waited long to get my ac repair.

06. May 2020: call came from reliance end that now their services are restored and they are visiting for attending the complain. And their service team came to my home for ac repair and told that its a gas leakage problem and tomorrow gas will be refilled as they informed that all their services are in full operation except pick up services. Just after that when i informed them (Showed my warranty card) that my product is under warranty, then there response suddenly changed. At that moment i understood that this wont be easy for me and that is what happened.

From that day i am trying to contact reliance people (Through phone calls and email) for refueling of gas, but till now no positive response came.

From above it is very much clear that intentionally they people don't want to attend my complain, reason being the product under warranty.

In this hot summer it is almost impossible to live without ac.

And this is not the first time, last year also same problem occurs and these people took more than a month to resolve the same after i raised complain in this firm. This is the way they people cheating the customers, firstly forcing them to buy extended warranty cover and then provide this type of disgusting service.

Lastly if they don't want to attend the complain within 1-2 days, then refund my extended warranty charges of rs 2700 + taxes + 3 years interest at the earliest. I will get my ac repair at my own since there are lot of mechanics available who don't cheat there customers in the name of lockdown.
