The product got a major damage. On 3rd april 2019 we given a request for service within 1 week they come and tell the board of tv got damaged and parts will be reaching in 2 days and they will come for the service. Till today even they are n9t backup for our enquires. Several times i went to the showroom but they said courier with parts is not arrived, it is on the way, it arrived etc. But now it is more than 1 month till now there is no response from them. They even hesitate to pick up the phone while i am calling. I need it repaired or replaced immediately.
