[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reconnect 32 inch led tv | |||
I have 32inch reconnect led tv bought on 29 april 2019 from reliance digital store with 2 years warranty its been more than 2 weeks my complaint has not been resolved i registered a complaint on 14 august 2019 and then technician visited and said that there is a panel defect and after that no response came and after calling them they again send 2 times technician to check the same problem still i havent heard from them they keep on saying wait for 2-3 more days and its keeps on going like this they even closed my complaint and again reopened when i call them back so replace my tv as it is under warranty against complaint no [protected] even the service centre is not picking up call and the store (Reliance jio store) from where i bought they say it has nothing to do with us.
