[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reconnect jive mini | |||
We have given complaint regarding reconnect jive mini which is not getting charge and intermittent restart issue in the device. Job number - 060 Serial number - ada[protected] So we gave complaint to reliance retail ltd at mylapore - chennai on 16th october 2019 along with the bill copy. Still today no solution has given to me, when we enquired they said we will replace the device for u and they are very lethargic in answering us and no solution given to my problem so far. I brought 55 " lg smart tv from katraj digital store On 22nd Oct 2019 . That time the told me about free jio router with that tv . But till date 2day i can't get any reply . Whenever I contact store they told me that their was a problem . It's not a good news for companies reputation . Even no any call from store.
