[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reconnect led tv bought from viviana mall thane | |||
Reliance digital has no concern for customers once the goods are sold. I bought a reconnect ledtv in april 2016, with 2 year warantee, and i opted for 2 years extended warantee by paying extra. Now the tv panel has failed in warantee period. I lodged a complaint no. [protected]. For 2 months i followed up, no response. Then they said we can not repair or replace, but they will give only 50 % depreciated value. That also they took one month.in the mean time i bought another tv from other other company by exchange offer. Now reliance digital says they will not pay even depreciated value (50%) unless damaged tv is returned... This is unfair and unjust... Please advise... Was this information helpful? | |||
