Hi, my reconnect led tv is not working since oct17. I hv registered service request so many times on reliance customer care contact no. They always assign this work to their service team but till date nobody came to my home. I visited reliance store also but they also gave me only service support no. One day service engineer called me and told to buy new remote as my old remote is also not working. They don't even bothered to visit my home and check the tv. I tried everything to search remote "reconnect qt 166" but all my efforts have been gone in vain as this remote is no where available. This services engineer is charging too much for new remote. If reliance digital is not giving spar parts and service then why they are selling their products and fooling the customers.
