Dear sir,
This is in reference to the air conditioner i purchased from reliance digital store on 17.07.2018.
Warranty details which was demonstrated by sales person are as under:-

2 year comprehensive: warranty includes defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal usage and care will be repaired or replaced or refunded at our sole discretion, with no charge for parts or labour.
However, even 2 years has not been completed after buying the ac and it started giving trouble. Room was not at all cool even though we tried to increase the temperature.
I called the customer care so much times but no one was able to solve my problem. On 21.05.2020 i sent a mail to reliance digital regarding the issue. After so much followup/calls/emails the ac gets repaired after 18 days of my email i. E. 07.06.2020
However on 09.06.2020 it started giving trouble me again. I called customer care so much time however no one answered my phone calls.
I am following up since last 20 days and now am not able to do followup.
It has been realised to me that i have wasted money on this ac and so much time regarding the repair issue and still the ac is not working properly.
Please accept my request to get my ac changed or refund of purchase price.
