We have reported a complaint regarding our reconnect 6.2 kg washing machine on 18-may-2016. The machine is not getting turned on. The machine is on warranty. On registering the complaint, the customer service representative said that they have assigned it to the technician and they will resolve it by the next day. The next day we called them again and they said the technician will come on that day at any time. My husband took half day leave and stayed at home. But no one came till night. Whenever we called them, they said the same thing. Even when we called at 10 in the night, they said the technician may visit at any time!
The same process is being repeated every day and the issue has not been resolved yet. At least 4 times daily we are calling them to check the status. Every time they say that the technician will arrive today or they will give you a call back. But the technician has not come yet and neither did i receive any call from them. I asked for the number of service centre or the technician. But they said they cant give it. I wanted to talk to their manager. They said they will arrange a call back from their manager. That didn't happen either. We are completely frustrated at this point. Either my husband or i are taking half day leave every day to be at home when the technician comes. It has been 2 weeks since we could do any washing. Since both o[censored]s are busy at work, its pretty difficult for us to find time to do the washing by ourselves.
