Reliance Digital — Refund amount not received

I had purchased AC from Reliance digital online store by ZestMoney EMI on dated 18th March 2022 I was supposed to get delivery by 19th of march but it got delayed and on 31st March 2022 and I received a call from the delivery firm about AC I denied them of the order and it got canceled, then I was told by customer care I would be getting my refund amount by 7 days but on the 5th April 2022 I have received the email that the product was delivered and I got the invoice but I had already canceled it earlier and the product was not delivered on 5th April. now its been almost 28 days since they have taken my money and they are now delaying the refund process unnecessarily till date, I have not received my refund amount.

Updated by kiranptl Till date there is no update from the Reliance Digital. I don't know when I'll get my refund. It, 's been 1 month to chasing the Reliance Digital Customer Care for my refund amount.
