I ordered the mentioned product from the reliance digital online website via express delivery on 13th Oct and it was despatched to me within 1hr. The product was not compatible with my device and i wanted to return. Upon calling CS, i was asked to go to the store and return the product. I returned the product to the store in Kurukshetra the same day however no refund was processed. I was informed that they will contact authorities to understand the process of refund. They called me today and asked to raise a complaint on your website as they cannot process the refund. I expect you to refund the money to my original payment method as per your policies for express delivery orders mentioned on the website.
