PS5 preorder on June 22nd.
Material not received 6th July, and i raised complaint.
On July 8th Order return created by RD team based on product not delivered (without proper answer why not delivered).
As per terms and conditions 7 working days they will return money, then 18th July.
19th July still not received money back so they took as complied and they are saying 72hours will close.

Reliance digital always ready to spoil there reputation with costumer and hope future also continue same.
Am suspect RD or ECom corrier team is selling PS5 in the black market.
My order courier no is AWB [protected] and still showing shipment at delivery centre.
