I bought reconnect refrigerator(3rd December - delivery 4th evening) last week from the first day i am facing door problem, Technician who come to assemble, He said door problem will get normal after usage, if its same contact me tomorrow, when we called him in the next day, he ask me to raise complaint through toll-free number (He provides that number 5th December, service request NO: [protected])
After one day service tech person came, he checked more the 30-45mint and spoke few people(through mobile ), then he said i submit the report to the respective person they will contact you ASAP else you can contact the showroom people. From that date(5th dec) i am keep on visiting the showroom, Spoke more then 8 people, each one of them saying different story, but still i didn't get solution
The Product is in replace statues as per the Tech person who came for service, But we are waiting for approval from Mumbai Tech Team
This is the reply repeatedly coming from the showroom help desk
Today (11th dec) received a con call, The person who was in the calls from tech team(Manager), He said the product is working perfectly, We seen video
from service person who raise the replacement request.
I don't know, how the people judge the product with the video more than the SERVICE PERSON who attend the service request.
Kindly process the the request and take steps ASAP
