I bought a lg tv on 22nd May and was supposed to receive 5000 coupan within 60 days and 5000 cashback within 120 days. I contacted you guys in May and June and after a lot of calls(please check how many times i have called the customer care since may) and false assurances, i got a callback and that reliance supervisor assured me that i will get my cashback and coupan within the time frame mentioned.
I contacted reliance customer care again in July 23 after 2 months of purchase with the complain that i haven't got the coupan.( reference No. COM00433311.) The guy assured me that my issue will be resolved and i will receive a call back.
But again when I called on 5th aug, i found out that my complain has been closed with no resolution and no explanation. Then the other guy opened a new complain to escalate it (reference No. COM[protected]. He also assured me the same thing but it was also not resolved and no one is giving me proper answer or resolution.
Today i contacted the customer care a lot of times and everyone put my call on hold and then my calls are being disconnected. I wasted my 2 hrs on this today . So i decided to write this mail. Please check the call logs of the number of times have called you guys since May.
Most recent comlain id : COM00495364. It has been more than 3 months since I have bought the tv and haven't heard back from anyone. I have contacted you guys through mails, twitter, facebook as well as through customer care.
