[Resolved] Reliance Digital — regarding my refund for a payment done using google pay upi | |
I placed an order for apple ipad on 18th june through reliance digital app and did the payment through google pay upi. The money got debited back to my account but the payment status on the app was showing payment unsuccessful. Since that day i have mailed the customer support and the ceo 8 times and have called the customer care executive for 27 times. Once after a big argument they connected me to the head reena choudhary and she assured that the refund will been initiated and it will come to the account in 2 days. She even assured that she will revert back to my mails with the confirmation of refund. However i have not received either the money or my refund I have even mentioned in the mail that i will approach consumer forum but still i get automated response. After talking to executives 5 times a day everytime they say that reena has been informed and she will give a call back in some time. But i don't receive any call. This is the worst customer support i have seen and can clearly say that the executives and senito executive reena choudhary just lie and don't help or attend to the customer. I am fed up writing mails and calling customer care everyday 4-5 times. For sure i will not do any shipping from reliance digital ever and won't recommend it to anyone.
