Reliance Digital — Regarding Refund against Newly Purchase Samsung AC | |||
I have purchased Samsung AC 1.5T from Reliance Digital Bhilwara Rajasthan on Dated 10.03.2021. It was installed on 13.03.2021. I have purchased extra accessories like Stabilizer, MCB, AC Cable as suggested by Installation team. After working for only three Days, AC got stop to work. I have been informed to installation Engineer and after checking by him, it declares that there is some issue in Outdoor PCB Card and assure to fix the issue. The same information is conveyed to the Manager of Reliance Digital Bhilwara also and he assured to sort out the issue on urgent basis whatever need to be fix. But it is regret that after passing almost three months & Summer, My AC could not get in function. In this duration My Outdoor unit become for some experiment unit. It almost opened by every part but it could not get started. Now i am Fed Up & requested to all & i do not want this AC(Dabba for me). Please arrange to remove this from my house & refund my all money. I do not wish to have this AC anymore and further i do not want to get it repair. I just want my money back. That's It. I am looking a solution for refund and wishing that you will never let me down any more. Was this information helpful? | |||
