Reliance Digital — reliance digital authorised overhaul services center fraud with me

I bought a panasonic sac 1.5t 5s cs-kc18rkyt-1. I have taken extend warranty for it my ac compressor was damage.

I register a complaint in reliance digital customer care no. They generate my vide idc[protected] date on 21 july 2018. Next day (22 july 2018) they generate my service id ([protected]) and assign technician.

Next after 2 days (25/july/2018) overhaul services technicians came and taken compressor parts.

Two technicians come again date on 29july/2018 taken the pic of compressor fan motor and they gone.
After one hour i got a sms from resqcc that your service request has been completed and i was shocked that how can it closed before resolve my problem i called to service center (Mob. No.- [protected] : 07:56pm)
They said by mistake they closed but my problem was not resolve.

I send the mail many times to reliance digital ceo and cs head regarding to my concern but when they did the this type of fraud activity then i am complaining.
