Reliance Digital — Reliance Digital Not Giving me My refund for order that I Cancelled 20 days ago on 1st July 2022 on Reliance Digital Application

I purchased Samsung Galaxy M52 128 GB, 8 GB RAM Icy Blue ( Order No:RDF[protected] on Friday 1 July 2022 through my credit card, amount credited is Rs. 20, 899/- ( Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Only) after getting Dicscount of Rs.1100/- ( One thousand One Hundred ) Hence Original Product Value is RS.21, 999 /- on Reliance Digital Official Website www.reliancedigtal.in and I Cancelled the same order on same day (1 July 2022) in evening, after cancellation I contacted Reliance Digital customer support for my refund but I was told that my refund will be get credited within 3 to 7 working days after cancellation as per the Reliance Digital Refund Policy, so I Waited till 7th Working day ( 11 July 2022 ), but still my refund was not paid at 7th working day, after that I again contact Reliance Digital Customer Care but their customer support executive again told me to wait for some few days, now its been more than 12 Working days as on 18 July 2022 but yet the reliance digital has not refund my money to me, I Called Reliance Digital Customer Care 9-10 times till date, I have talked to 5-6 Customer Care Executives also with 3-4 Escalation Officers of Reliance Digital Till Date but Every one of them gave me excuses and fake promises and every time they gave me scripted replies that they give to their every other customer but no one telling me the actual problem, they also not completed my Cancellation Process the status is showing Cancellation Initiated on Their website in My Orders section I also Asked about this to one of the Reliance Digital Customer Issue Escalation Team Member he told me that the order status will be only show cancelled when the product will be shipped to Reliance Digital Warehouse, so I am wondering why the Reliance Digital is Taking so much long time to return the Product their Warehouse ?, I am so frustrated by calling their Customer Care department Every Day again and again also I am Mentally Harassed by Reliance Digital, My Bank is Charging me Interest on my credit card because I can’t pay my credit card bills due to my money get stuck with Reliance Digital.

Hi brother have you got your refund
Hi I am waiting in your situation since 11 Aug 2022; I cancelled a Moto G52 and they are giving me the same copy paste replies. Online shows cancellation initiated since 21 days; Delhivery website is showing stale information; atleast they said that the customer cancelled and refused but again they indicate they are trying to re-deliver, notorious. So many times they won't even bother to answer or give proper timelines. Worst experience, I will never buy from them again or recommend anybody. The support including management seem to be fraud and taking all opportunities to harass prepaid buyers.
