Problem: The washing machine suddenly stopped working, accompanied by a loud noise.

Initial Service Request Date: November 26, 2025

I received a call the following day (November 27, 2025). During this call, I explicitly requested that the service be preponed for resolution on the same day due to the urgency of the appliance.

The attending service representative instead requested a Reschedule OTP and, without clearly confirming the new date, postponed the service to November 30, 2025. This action directly resulted in an unnecessary delay in the repair.

Following this, I was forced to contact your customer care team 5 to 6 times between November 27 and December 1. Each time, the only response received was the unfulfilled assurance: "Technician will come today." The technician never showed up on any of these promised dates.

This entire experience has been highly inconvenient, leaving me without a functional washing machine for an extended period. The core issue is the mismanagement of the service schedule and the repeated false assurances from your customer care team.

I demand the following immediate action:

Assign a qualified technician immediately to visit my location and diagnose/repair the Samsung Washing Machine today, December 2, 2025.

Provide a definite appointment time and the technician's contact number for confirmation.

Take necessary action to address the poor service and miscommunication I have experienced.

Please treat this as an urgent matter. I expect a prompt and decisive response within 4 hours of receiving this complaint with a firm commitment to resolving this issue today.
