I bought a Reliance Reconnect fully automatic (7kg) washingmachine. On June 27 I lodged a complaint with the customer care officials of the concerned appliance and since then till date I am given false hopes. Everyday I am.being told by 6:00pm our technician will be there to resolve your issue. Is this how your company resolves its customers issues? These are your services? May I please know by when it will strike 6:00pm in your clock? Really disappointed with your services. Hope atleast now will get some true response besides all the false hope.
