Reliance Digital — Reliance Resq fraud technique

I bought Samsung Washing machine from Reliance Digital. At the time of installation, the technician did not mention that the water softener is an optional accessory and he installed. Later I went through Samsung manual and found its not needed. So I spoke with customer care and they promised to take back the accessory but after 2 days they said product once installed cannot be taken back. They charged 1800 Rs. This is one of nice way of looting money from customer. Please don't buy anything from Reliance digital.. you will be cheated.
