[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Reliance resq plans - a total waste of money

Appeal - Who so ever is reading my posts please do not buy maintenance plans from Reliance Resq. It is not worth. For more details please read my posts.
In the month of April 2016 I had written regarding one of my VOLTAS 1.5 ton window air conditioner which was not cooling and is covered under Resq Care Plan. It was finally resolved after 6 - 7 days when the issued was escalated and posted on the consumer complaint portals. To my surprise the problem has recurred in a month's time and I am being harassed again in the similar manner. I had registered a new service request on 18th May and the call number given was - [protected]. After waiting for 2 days I again called up their customer care centre and was given a reference number[protected] with the assurance that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Thereafter I have been following it up on daily basis however the problem is still pending. Their customer care does not even have the courtesy to call up and update the customer on the status of the issue. Moreover I was given another call number on 23th May as - [protected]. I really failed to understand how this company is functioning. Is there any escalation process in place? If yes then what the senior functionaries are doing? Don’t they ask for explanations for delay in service or simply sit and hatch eggs!!! Or things doesn't move till the time they get a dirty mail from the customer and is escalated and posted to consumer complaint portals. Bhanu Chauhan +91 [protected]
