Hi, had a pathetic experience to get my service request fulfilled against call mum [protected]. Multiple calls to get the service ticket addressed with no luck till date... Sometime your system face issue on ticket allocation, sometime your engineer doesn’t turn up, sometime your team don’t have a status but final result is customer have to wait for resq blessings...
