I have purchased Samsung washing machine of 9 kg on 29.11.2020 without seeing the demo piece as they did not have it in their store. They showed me a similar brand 9kg pieces and convinced me that it would be that size, so i took it. After the product got delivered the installation person came to our home but unfortunately the machine did not fit in our door so i called reliance digital and asked for replacement and they said they couldn't as the seal is broken by the installation person. I am not gonna bear the loss because the installation person broke the seal. The customer care responds very ridiculously and they disconnect the call. I did not ask for refund. but am not gonna bear the loss of 25K for someones mistake. I asked them for the replacement for 7.5 kg washing machine and would take any product for the remaining amount.
