I have placed order for panasonic 584 litres side-by-side refrigerator, stainless steel worth rs.48490/- on 16th august on reliancedigital.in for which i have received a damaged refrigerator on 18th august. Invoice no:d19r[protected]. Delivery address is jagadeesh banagiri, flat no 1503, tower 5, urbana apartments, near ruby hospital, kolkata wb 700107. The very reason to purchase with reliance digital was next day delivery as we needed refrigerator urgently at home. The installation team member sylbanus toppo id : pprr00052275 took damaged pictures and uploaded in their application as per the process. Since then till date i. E 29th august 2020, i have not received any replacement nor refund. I have written to their customer care team several times with no response and them i have escalated it to their highest level including ceo @ bm. [protected]@ril.com and cshead. [protected]@ril.com and still not got any response. I have made nearly 15 calls to their call centre and registered a complaint about the urgency and need for a refrigerator and none seemed nor interested to resolve my request. I do not have a choice now but to consult consumer complaints form to hear my problem and provide me a refund as i do not intend to do any purchases with such insensitive organization who is not bothered about their customers.
