customer name-bani ghosh we had purchased this emergency from your lake mall outlet, kolkata last week. I will keep it short. my mother in law was presented his emergency light by us on 5th june'2014, unfortunately the light didnt work, hence we suggested to exchange with them. my in-law a senior citizen had lost the bill and hence was not carrying the same to the store.Although we know bills are generated with duplicate, the store individuals didnt bother to help.
