[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Replacement of Newly Purchased faulty laptop | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a HP Laptop from Reliance Digital Store on Dated 21.6.2014 vide Invoice No. mentioned above on a payment of Rs 43, 624.00. Before purchase I have specifically asked whether the same model is compatible with I phone as I have to use internet through personal hotspot.I was conveyed a big YES. When asked to check, the Laptop was switched on and off saying everything is fine. When I came home and check the internet connectivity it didn't work. The next very day i went again to the store which is around 18 Kms from my place, the internet connectivity was done by hook or by crook after reset of system. Again When I came home and check the internet connectivity it didn't work. It was again conveyed, the problem was lodged with HP 2 days back but neither from resQ or HP turned up.During this period once again the system has been refreshed by HP. Today when enquired from HP I was conveyed the WIFI adapter will be replaced and the engineer will visit on 3-4 July 2014. I was asked to take resQ plan as a standby option is given if the product repair takes more than 2 days - Conveyed by Store Manager. Since 21.6.2014 I am owing a laptop but not able to load my data but i can switch on and switch off the same after paying a huge amount. Why this period has been lingered on just to pass period of 7 days. I just want to ask if the problem is not being resolved why my laptop has not been replaced yet. Please help me out. Thankyou. We purchased lloyd AC from from reliance digital store A block, New Delhi. Our AC suddenly stopped working on 29 April and since then we are trying to connect with your staff and lloyd service centre they are visiting us but after too many calls and after 3-4 days. They are not picking up our calls and since then our AC is not working today is 11 May. We hope that you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
