1) I have purchased 1 livepure waterpurifier & 2 Bajaj electric geysers from Reliance store - Kothrud, Pune Dt.26/01/2024
2) When I purchased the items, the sales representative told me that if you purchase the Resq app, you will not be charged anything extra for servicing or materials. After 1 year product warranty is closed the resq app service is start. it is for 5 years. I believed that person and purchase the RESQ service for 5 years.
when I paid the entire amount of 3 purchased items & resq app amount they told me to download the RESQ app. I downloaded the RESQ app and saw that the purchased items were filled incorrectly. I bought 1 Live Pure Water Purifier and 2 Bajaj Electric Geysers. But it is shown in RESQ app 2 Livepure Water Purifiers and 1 Bajaj Electric Geyser. It is not expected from those employees and Reliance service. When I showed this information to the sales representative and manager, they told me not to worry about it. The app is now working on a trial and error basis. Reliance paid for this app approx. 4 crores. Call our customer care number or call me when you need service.
3) In one year the company serviced the water purifier under warranty.
Purifier servicing is due in this month. on 7 feb.24 when I logged into the RESQ app, I saw the servicing information as a paid service. I was shocked. I called the showroom representative and customer service. Both say don't worry your problem will be solved in 2 days. He sent a representative of the company for servicing. The guy said you have to pay for filter replacement and. for servicing.
I showed him the RESQ information. But he does not agreed.
I called again on 12 feb for servicing. The answer is same from showroom & customer care. Every time the showroom representative told me, I give you the number, you call him.
This is a very stupid service.
4) Why should I pay for this?
I paid too much amount for better service.
This is entirely your and RESQ app feeding info. mistake.
Please tell me what action will be taken by you against that showroom employee or manager.
I think the REsQ app will bother me every 3 months of servicing until the end of 2029. Such kind of service is not expected from RIL.
