Not providing the service. After multiple call, no technician visits. Raised complain number. Also if we talk about the complain numbers, they raise a new service request so that the old one is ignored. If we ask about the old ones they hand up the call. After you get the technician, you have to pay for the service saying that reliance would reimburse and they would not pay it up unless you have the patience to to call 20 times, visit the store and still dont get the money.
