I am totally pissed up with the responses from Reliance Digital customer support.
This is what happened with me. Person from Reliance e-comm called twice to send the sealed box picture and will revert back in 24 hrs... but nothing happens after that, and I keep following CS.
1. I ordered Samsung Watch online but the payment was declined and I crossed checked with HDFC Bank (payment was made from HDFC) and got confirmation that it was declined but amount was deducted from my account. I was assured that refund will be made within 7 days.
2. After confirmation, I ordered the same Samsung watch again and was successful in ordering.
3. To my surprise I received two watches.
4. I complained immediately to HDFC Bank and to Reliance Digital.
5. Answer from Reliance Digital was surprising, stating that you need to get it checked from Samsung service center and then only we will return. How can Samsung will help with sealed package.
6. Went to Samsung service center and the response was same. They start laughing, how they can help with sealed packed. If there is any fault with the product than only they can support.
This is totally illogical and unprofessional. People sitting at Reliance customer support doesn't have simple commonsense. Even after getting calls from E-Comm person who specifically asked to send the picture of sealed box.
Request you to resolve my concern and take the material back, which is still sealed packed in Reliance box. The mistake was done from Reliance end, why should customer suffers... Was this information helpful? |
