Reliance Digital — service request for my washing machine not attended

Despite calling 5 - 6 times, till now no one turned up to service my washing machine. all the time customer care team says they will surely send some one.
but I'm wondering that " someone" exists. and Customer care is not ready to give technician number. if it is so confidential, on the first day itself they should have sent their technician.
