Now that recently I took a fridge, I walked in to the store I clearly told I am looking for a fridge for my Watchman family I was about to choose one, meanwhile sales man came explaining godrej is a very good model fast cooling though there is not power it holds the cooling for 24 hr blah blah.finally they made me purchase that and fridge was delivered.from day one completely Ice is formed in the fridge.and then when I read the Manual it says we have to defrost every week, which was not told to me as part of demo.And now store people doesnt respond, finally one tech came he talks to me on phone in such a way that I took afterall 14k product ...just defrost it dont you know that..he was using a worst slang.But even after defrost every day Ice form.What should I do with all this issue.I mean don't RELIANCE feel some responsibility for this.why are you doing so ethic less business.what every we spent at you store is our hard earned money.
