I bought and paid the bill for a Samsung ac worth Rs 38990/- on 26th January 2023 and lock my delivery on 4th March.
On the day of delivery, I called them for my product.They told the product is not available, then making almost all type of excuses that the product is not good, select some other product.Also, they never called me for this till delivery date.
I have to go for other product that is Lg in which I have to pay Rs 8500/- more.
First they setup customer for low rate products and at time of delivery they were making useless excuses and then you have to pay more for some other products.
I feel cheated and my budget is also disturbed.This type of behaviour affects customer mental stability also.
Also for my lg ac, they were forcing me to install from them which cost Rs 10000/- more for installation.
Also the staff named Abhay is not well educated or what I don't know but he didn't talk with me well.

So I asked him not to install and refund my installation cost .But this time also I cheated as I cheated when buying the AC
