[Resolved] Reliance Digital — sony led tv issue - poor support from reliance | |
We bought sony led tv from reliance. We also put 2 years extended warranty with reliance. We faced issue on tv panel end. We raised with reliance as well as sony. Sony confirmed that replacement part is not available for this model. If reliance pays the panel amount rs 12, 000, we will replace with new sony 32 inch tv. We followed up for more than 40 days and got frustrated due to lack of response from reliance. So we decided to go for commercial solution provided by company. They provided cheque of rs 19812 and took the tv from us. Cheque provided by reliance was bounced back due to insufficient money. We are not getting any proper response from them.
