[Resolved] Reliance Digital — sony mhc-v41d | |||
I have bought one sony music system (Sony mhc-v41d) from reliance digital on 27-jan-19 costing 29999 approx. After 10 days of installation the led display of the music system got faulty. I have talk to manager of reliance digital manager, he suggest me to contact sony customer care at [protected]. I have call them & raise a complaint 52737188 on 10-feb-19. After 5-6 days mr. Shiv [protected] has called me & visited my place. After inspection he suggest me to get it check at service center for complete diagnosis. On which i have requested him to replace the same as product is only 10-15 days old, he has assured me that same will be replaced & replacement will be come in 15 days. So far there is no action from both sony & reliance digital. I am completely helpless. Was this information helpful? | |||
