[Resolved] Reliance Digital — steam iron purchased in july 2017 continuously posing problems | |
I purchased a usha steam. Iron from reliance digital on.16.7.2017 from reliance digital. After that it has been sent for service many times. Again and again i am requesting to change this defective piece. They are replying that it is not in their hands. Sole plate has been changed, wire has been changed (At my cost). Even after that it is not working properly and today a short circuit happened that could easily resulted in an accident. Just want to know will reliance digital take the responsibility for that. If they can't do anything about such bad products they shold not keep sub standard companies like usha in their store. That will only give negative publicity or bad name to a very renound name like reliance. Was this information helpful? | |
