Reliance Digital — Tempered sealed product sale | |||||
Dear team, I have sony 43 fhd smart led tv purchased on 07.08.2015 from reliance digital. Few months before i have observed horizontal lines are coming on screen however those are only visible from close looks and yesterday i went to sony television showroom to understand those lines are visible in all sony television or coming only in my television. Today engineer mr. Srinivas (Sony technician) visited and he said there is an issue with display panel, i have got shocked how come sony television being top brand in market can have such issue within 6 months of time frame. Bring a middle class family person i have chosen best brand because of the quality of the product however i never thought such kind of issue also can occur with sony brand. Even when the television was arrived at my place, the seal was tempered and i have asked reliance and sony technician, is this fine, both told nothing to worry about it even reliance digital people has told, if anything happened they will replace the television instead of repair. I have informed mr. Srinivas that, i will not go for repair and i need replacement and he have told, they have 15 days' replacement warranty however i am only looking for replacement.
