Reliance Digital — Total Customer apathy - Pathetic customer "service"

Date of Purchase : 15th November 2020
Location of installation : Vadodara, Gujarat

Issue : The installation technician unboxed the product and was not able to make it work; he mentioned that the product was faulty. Since then, there have been numerous follow ups done but to date (35 days after purchase), the product has not been replaced and there is absolutely no idea of when the resolution would be done.

25 + calls to customer Service, Mails to Customer Service Head, Escalation to CEO (B.M. Bade) have fallen on deaf ears!
