[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — 13 days of complain not being attended by rude customer care centre | |||
At 11.30 am on[protected] i requested Reliance Big TV customer care (Call Center) to registered complain no.[protected] and[protected]. BIG TV Technician Mr. Ajay visited my residence and collected the HD Set up box and replace with normal set up box. He charged Rs. Rs. 400 for LNB and Rs. 175 for attending complaint. Inspite of replacement still i am facing the same problem. However the technician Mr. Ajay mobile no. [protected] is now harrassing us by not responding to sort out the problems. Secondly at 11.30 am on[protected] I called the customer centre the lady would not give her name nor identity and said i am transferring the line to the Supervisor but disconnect the call. Practically every day from[protected] i call Customer Centre is a nightmare for innocent customer without getting any satisfactory answer. They are not at all showing interest to respond back to customer. Can you find a solution to the unbearable harrassment to us Mobile No. [protected] Smart Card No.[protected].
