Reliance Digital Tv — Charging for unresolved problem and being extremely rude | |||
None of the channels were working and showed Error 400. Service has been very disappointing and frustrating for the following reasons : 1. Kept on hold for nearly 25 mins. 2. After explaining the problem, the customer service person says to call back after 15 mins. 3. I then get a SMS mentioning that I have been charged Rs. 175/- and the complaint is closed. The problem is still unresolved. My consumer No. is[protected]. I have called customer care twice and have been billed for it without it being resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||

After holding on the line for nearly 25 minutes and finally getting through, your customer service person requests me to call back after 15 mins. and explain the problem once again! This is totally unprofessional and highly frustrating. Why can you not hire more people and get additional lines... it is so inconvenient for users. My query still remains unsolved. Worst Signal Connection ,
This is the most worst worst service and signal connectivity is utter waste. Consequently if my signal is lost it takes around 3 days to recover back . What you people are doing? Please shut it down ! My consumer id :[protected]24%
