Reliance Digital Tv — giving offers but not giving the benefit of the offer to the consumer | |||
i subscribed under the scheme in which the offer was to pay for 10months at a time but get the subscription for 12months.i clicked on the offer and paid the amount through net banking for 10months under the scheme on may 26th 2013.As per the offer i must get the reliance digital t.v services till may 25th 2014.But all of a sudden today they disconnected my service.when i called the customer care they said that my amount was not taken under the offer and they just used my money as 10 months subscription.why is this happening.i need the reply.why will anyone pay 10months subscription in advance without having any benefit.i need the reply.when i click on the offer and pay there that means i am paying under the offer.why will they take the amount under normal subscription.is this the way to cheat the customers.i never expected a big company like reliance to cheat its customers in this way.pls see this matter and rectify the fault at your end.
