Reliance Digital Tv — Irresponsible behaviour on customers by service team

Hi, My reliance digital set up box was not working from 14/03/2014. I made a complaint at [protected].They replied that their service man from VIJAYAWADA will come to our house and repair or replace my set up box with in 48 hours. One local service man called us and told that he need 2 more days to provide service because of lack of set up boxes with him. At last he came on 21/03/2014 with a useless very OLD set up box which looks like just brought from the dust bin. The way that he talk with us is disgusting. I dont know why my account balance went to -100 rupees. and they are asking some more money to do service but as i were told that customer should not pay any money to service person/technician by customer care people. He is talking reckless with the customer. He is frighten to tell his name. Such a irresponsible person is chosen by the reliance digitalTV in VIJAYAWADA. Take my complaint and make my set up box get replaced or repaired as possible.
