[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Many channels showing 400 error | |||||
This is with respect to my complaint regarding non availability of many channels on reliance digital tv. My name is jose paul and my smart card number is[protected]. from the last many weeks many channels on my set top box are showing signal error 400. channles like ndtv news, asianet news, fox life etc. I had registered a complain with your customer service on 02nd july 2016. your customer service had promised me that a technician will visit my place within 48 hours. the complaint number is[protected]. a reminder call was again made made to your customer service on 6th july 2016. a promise was again made. Till now no technician has contacted me and it has already been one week. Was this information helpful? | |||||
