Reliance Digital Tv — My smart card[protected] has been terminated by the company

Dear sir/madam

My smart card no[protected]. I am using this smart card from last 6-7 years. Due to some of our personal reasons, we were at outstation for last 7-8 months so could not do to recharge the same.

Today when i was trying to recharge the same, the money got refunded. On inquiry with your customer care at [protected], i was informed that my connection is terminated from your end and need to purchase new setup.

Why should i purchase a new setup, if the setup is already available with me and for your kind information, i have just changed the set top box in the month of sep-2015.

Being an old and privileged customer, how can you do injustice with me. How can i recharge the smart card, if there is no one in house to watch the tv. Now we are back and we need your help to resolve the issue.

I have again been notified by your company via my mail that I need to buy new smart card, SET Top Box and other accessories and pairing charges.

why should I buy the accessories if already have one. and the set top box available with me is new

Also, Watching TV is not like using mobile. if my house is closed for one year due to any of my personal reasons, who is there to watch the TV, so why should I recharge the smart card. so terminating the same is itself not proper things done by the company

Also, If my smart card is terminated by you, charge for new smart card and pair it with the existing set top box I have. that charge I can pay. there will be no issue.

But in no way I will pay for any other accessories.

In case if you insist for the same, i will opt for TV less or move with some other operator rather then to pay unnecessarily to you

As checked and verified in our records, the Smart Card number is terminated.

As you have not used the services for more than 180 days, your account is terminated. Hence we are unable to process your request for reactivation of the account. Further you can purchase a new connection to utilize Reliance Digital TV services.

You can order a Digital TV connection by visiting one of our retailer's shop in your area.

two days onwards i am speaking to customer care persons but they are not solving I am facing many difficulties no proper communication it is a worst service.
