[Resolved] Reliance Digital — tv picked up for repair but not delivered even after 2 months | |||
Hi all, I bought sony 42w700b tv from reliance digital on 22-may-2015 along with reliance resq plan. On 04-august-2017 suddenly display got off and audio was continuing. Registered a complaint with resq on 06-august-2017. Without addressing my complaint, they closed my issue. I have registered 3 times, but no use. Finally i called the reliance store where i have purchased the tv, they asked me to visit the store in person and register the complaint. As suggested i have visited and registered the complaint. After multiple follow ups (Around 10-15 times) on a very cloudy day, which was about to rain in next 5 mins the resq team visited my home in a small 2 wheeler to pickup my 42 inch tv without even a box or at least a cove to protect the tv if it rains. When i asked them if do they do if it rains while they travelling back to service center, they simply answered, "will shift to an auto that time". Which is very careless and irresponsible answer. What is the use of shifting to an auto after such an expensive device got watered in rain? I my self booked a cab and boarded the tv and on of the resq team guy and travelled to the service center. Now its been 2 months, but still i didn't receive my tv back to home. I'm regularly following up with the concerned people, but always telling some stories and postponing the delivery. Sometimes not even answering my call. Don't understand what they are doing and what i have to do. Please help me how to proceed further. Was this information helpful? | |||
