[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Reliance not showing BBC but charging money | |||||
Hello, Please note I have purchased the Jumbo News Pack which should cover both CNN & BBC in the package. I have not been able to see BBC for last one month. Whenever I call up customer care, they fake taking complaint & provide false assurance that the service will be restored in 6 hours. But nothing happens in reality. I have called up at least 4 times in last week. Please attend to this complaint at earliest & resolve the issue.
