[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Twice recharge in one month and then disconnect | |||||
Dear, We have shifter to new home on 7th of Aug 2016, on 15 th of Aug we have raised complaint and informed that we have shifter to nre place and request for reinstallation. As per your customer care advised that chage of Rs 350 of your address chage is applicable hence i have rechage Rs 500 for my two connection on same day. At lat we have raised one again complaint on 26 th of Aug for installation and it was still pending since 15th to 26 th Aug .As per your assurance you have depot your team on 30 th of Aug and agin we have rechage Rs 500 as per your customer care advise. Now today once more sms from your side for rechage, do you think we should pay one more and why. Being your old customer you should take care automatically from your side and not charging huge amount which i had paid. I this the way of customer handling, Now i am decided that i have disconnect reliance TV and shift to others. Was this information helpful? | |||||
